Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
  • Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
  • Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM entry, email handling).
  • Previous tele sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: 1–3 years with good communication skills can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
