Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Smaaash Entertainment, Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance) plus incentives
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (may extend based on business requirements)
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

About the Role
Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Tele Sales Executive for its Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad location. The role involves handling inbound sales inquiries related to birthday parties, group bookings, and corporate events. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, website inquiries, and digital leads professionally.Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for events and celebrations.Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and updates in CRM systems.Upsell food and beverage packages, gaming options, and event add-ons.Coordinate with operations, banquet, restaurant, and billing teams.Prepare daily and weekly sales and conversion reports.Ensure clear communication and a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills in English are required.Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.Candidates with 6–12 months of experience in telesales, hospitality, events, QSR, or customer service will be preferred.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple inquiries.Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
