The candidate will play a vital role in guiding students towards their higher education goals in India and abroad. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students on education opportunities in India and abroad, including country, course, university, and program selection. Manage outbound and inbound calls to promote educational services and convert leads into admissions. Guide students through application and visa procedures for overseas education. Assess students’ academic abilities, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs. Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the counselling process. Work towards achieving individual and team targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery. 🔹 Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in the Education / Domestic / Overseas Consultancy field, or freshers with good communication skills. Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Strong sales and persuasive abilities with a customer-centric approach. Good knowledge of admission and visa processes for major study destinations.
