We are expanding our team and looking for driven and experienced telesales professionals who can deliver excellent results in loan sales. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, Overdraft, etc.). Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and benefits to clients. Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into successful sales. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Update and maintain the customer database with accurate information. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (minimum six months) in telesales/loan sales/financial products. Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Ability to handle customer objections and queries effectively. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
