About Us

We are an IT services company helping businesses with websites, software, and digital solutions. We are looking for a Telecaller (Sales) to connect with potential clients and convert leads into customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our IT / digital services in simple language.
  • Follow up on leads, fix meetings/demo calls, and support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Maintain records of calls, lead status, and feedback in Excel/CRM.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients.


Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus).
  • Confident on calls, convincing, and target-oriented.
  • Basic computer knowledge (calling tools, Excel, WhatsApp, email).
  • Prior telecalling / sales experience preferred, freshers with good communication also welcome.
