We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and achieving targets through effective phone communication. This role offers a competitive salary with high incentives based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to persuade customers. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2C sales . Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English + Regional Language). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, etc.).
