Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and convert into sales.
  • Explain products/services to potential customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and results-driven attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Hindi (Preferred)
