Basic Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls confidently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM). Strong persuasion and listening skills. Ability to maintain records of calls and customer information. A polite and professional approach while dealing with clients. Responsibilities: Calling potential customers and explaining products/services. Following up on leads and maintaining client relationships. Achieving daily/weekly calling targets.
