Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with 2-3 years of proven B2C sales experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone, email, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator, customer-focused, and possess a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with prospective customers through various channels.
  • Conduct compelling sales pitches to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
  • Effectively qualify leads to understand customer needs, pain points, and budget, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking progress and forecasting sales.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities within our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in an Inside Sales role, specifically within a B2C environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in healthcare, Health- Tech, Insurance Industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
