Job Description

Preference : Female candidates Languages : Hindi , English & Punjabi Candidates should have good Communication Skills Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls:Contact potential and existing customers to promote products, explain features, and generate interest.
Inbound Calls:Handle incoming inquiries, concerns, and complaints from customers.
Sales Generation:Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, often working to meet sales targets.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:Follow up on leads and existing customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Data Management:Accurately record call logs, update customer information in databases, and maintain records of interactions.
Customer Support:Resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and offer support related to products or services.
Market Research:Conduct research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Adherence to Policies:Follow company guidelines, scripts, and protocols for effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
Persuasion & Negotiation:Ability to influence customer decisions, handle objections, and close sales.
Customer Service:A customer-focused attitude with empathy and patience to handle customer needs.
Technical Proficiency:Basic computer skills, and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Organizational Skills:Good time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
