Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting customers through the sales process. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer databases, and reporting on sales activities. The Telesales Executive will need to work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support
• Strong Sales skills and the ability to achieve targets
• Capable of working effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is beneficial
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite is an advantage
