Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Tele callers make calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
Inbound Handling: They also handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
Customer Relationship ManagementTelecallers build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for clear and persuasive phone conversations.
Sales Skills:The ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales effectively is crucial.
Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and building relationships are vital.
Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the products or services being offered is necessary.
Organizational Skills: Telecallers need to be organized and efficient in managing their calls, data, and time.
