Job description:

Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Is responsible for making outbound and/or receiving inbound calls to engage with customers, promote products/services, gather information, or provide support. and maintaining customer relationships through phone communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Tele callers make calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
• Inbound Handling: They also handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
• Customer Relationship ManagementTelecallers build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for clear and persuasive phone conversations.
• Sales Skills:The ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales effectively is crucial.
• Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and building relationships are vital.
• Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the products or services being offered is necessary.
• Organizational Skills: Telecallers need to be organized and efficient in managing their calls, data, and time.

Pay: ₹15,369.64 - ₹25,540.94 per month
