Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services using pre-defined scripts. Sales Conversion: Understand customer needs, address queries, and persuade them to make purchases or avail services. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system. Problem Resolution: Handle customer grievances professionally to preserve the company’s reputation. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
