Telesales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Associate to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for property site visits. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads and databases Explain property features, pricing, and investment potential to clients over the phone Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into qualified appointments or site visits Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties, market trends, and pricing Collaborate with field sales executives to ensure smooth client handovers Maintain CRM records with accurate details of interactions and follow-ups Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments Handle basic customer objections and resolve queries in a professional manner Assist in promotional campaigns and marketing efforts when required Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (real estate preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets Good command of English and local languages (as applicable) Confident, persuasive, and energetic on the phone Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
