Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Solar Sales Location: Noida sector 2 B 70 Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Experience Required: 1-3 years in telesales or solar product sales preferred Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar Energy Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic solar sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting solar solutions, and closing sales over the phone. This role is key to expanding our customer base and promoting clean, sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Clearly explain solar energy solutions, product features, and benefits. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solar products or packages. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to convert inquiries into sales. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools. Coordinate with field sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handovers. Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and competitor activities. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor,s degree preferred. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of solar technology and government incentives/subsidies. Fluency in local language(s) and English.
