We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in the automobile industry. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting our vehicles, and converting prospects into qualified sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in driving customer engagement and supporting the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold databases. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models or services. Provide detailed information about automobile features, pricing, financing options, and promotions. Schedule test drives and appointments for showroom visits. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and call notes. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Follow up with potential customers to build long-term relationships. Coordinate with field sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Handle objections professionally and provide solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
