Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Telesales Executive to join our fashion clothing brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end sales process, starting from cold calling, lead generation, client engagement, follow-ups, and final deal closure. She should have a flair for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, boutiques, retailers, and fashion buyers to generate business leads. Identify new business opportunities through proactive research and cold calling. Present and promote the brand’s clothing line effectively to prospective clients. Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups for conversion. Handle client queries, share product catalogs, and negotiate terms to finalize sales. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks. Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team. Maintain a professional, courteous, and brand-aligned communication style. Requirements: Female candidates only, preferably from a fashion / apparel / lifestyle background. Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B lead generation. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be a plus). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
