Telesales Executive – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Answer questions about products, pricing, and services. Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services. Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer information. Follow up with leads and manage a sales pipeline. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer skills (CRM systems, data entry). High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer a degree). Desirable Traits:Confidence and resilience. Ability to work under pressure. Target-driven mindset. Good listening skills.
