Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services. Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate customer database. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information. Record details of conversations and follow-up actions in CRM systems. RequirementsProven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Good negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Preferred SkillsExperience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., insurance, real estate, edtech]. Fluency in [languages if applicable]. Goal-oriented and target-driven.
