Telesales Executive

Telesales Executive Role Description: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting company-generated leads into sales over the phone, identifying new prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about communication, persuasion, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads and convert them into successful sales over calls Understand client needs and offer relevant products/services Present product details clearly and convincingly Build long-term rapport with customers through excellent service Maintain call records and update lead databases (CRM/tools) Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets Gather client feedback to improve communication and conversion Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 0–1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (internships/project experience welcome) Strong verbal communication in Hindi, English (regional language is a plus) Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills Customer-focused attitude and confidence on calls Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM software, email) Skills Preferred: Telesales / Telecalling Cold Calling Lead Conversion Objection Handling Communication & Convincing Skills Inside Sales CRM Tools Target Achievement Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office
