Role Description: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting company-generated leads into sales, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. This is an ideal position for individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about growth, client interaction, and sales strategy. Key Responsibilities: Convert incoming leads into successful sales deals Identify and pursue new business opportunities Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Negotiate terms and close contracts Gather client feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships and academic projects are valued) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude Analytical thinker with a goal-oriented mindset Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and performance-driven Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
