Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales. You should be an excellent communicator, persistent, and have a knack for customer engagement. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services. Follow a prepared script to deliver consistent messaging. Generate and qualify leads to meet or exceed sales targets. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details using CRM systems. Handle customer objections professionally and close deals effectively. Follow up on leads and maintain consistent customer engagement. Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales performance. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
