Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2B customers.  Effectively pitch products/services and convert leads into clients.  Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.  Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term retention.  Follow up on leads through internal databases.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.  Meet or exceed targets and KPIs. Requirements:  Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.  Proven track record in customer handling and retention.  Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.  Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.  Must have a personal laptop to perform daily work efficiently. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
