Telesales Executive

As part of our expansion, we are looking for skilled Telecallers with experience in the uPVC or building materials industry to join our dynamic team. Job Summary: We are seeking a professional and results-driven Telecaller who has prior experience in the uPVC windows industry or strong experience in closing sales with architects, builders, or interior designers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build and nurture B2B relationships over the phone. Key Responsibilities:   Make outbound calls to architects, builders, contractors, and prospective clients to promote uPVC window solutions.   Generate qualified leads, follow up with warm leads, and convert them into business opportunities.   Explain product features, benefits, and technical details over the phone.   Set up meetings for field sales teams with potential clients.   Maintain and update customer interaction records using CRM tools.   Build strong relationships with industry professionals (architects/builders) and understand their project requirements.   Follow up on quotations and project proposals to close sales or advance discussions.   Coordinate with the marketing and field sales team to ensure smooth sales conversion.   Provide timely feedback and market insights to the management. Requirements:   Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.   Experience in the uPVC windows industry or working with architects, builders, and interior consultants is highly preferred.   Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.   Goal-oriented, persuasive, and confident in handling B2B clients.   Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.   Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream (preferred). Preferred:   Knowledge of uPVC products, aluminium windows, or building materials.   Candidates with a strong network in the architecture and real estate industry.   Immediate joiners will be given priority.
