Job role: We are seeking a skilled Telesales Executive with experience in telecalling and telesales. The candidate must have strong selling and convincing abilities to generate leads, pitch products, and close sales. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and achieving sales targets. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed an internship or training with LIC, possessing knowledge of insurance products and client interaction. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a target-oriented approach are essential for this role.

• Job location: Ludhiana, Punjab
• Salary: 12-14K (In-hand)
• Only female candidates preferred
• Full-time, Work from Office, Day Shifts

Mandatory skills:

• Proven experience in telecalling and telesales.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication in clear and fluent English/Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance products from LIC internship or training.
• Target-driven mindset with a positive and persuasive attitude.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs for effective pitching.
• Handle customer objections and provide convincing solutions.
• Close sales and achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and telecalling etiquette.
