Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic investment advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, providing expert investment advice, and closing sales to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: Act as an Investment Advisor: Offer expert guidance on investment products and services tailored to clients' financial goals. Educate clients on various investment options, risks, and market trends. Call on Leads and Generate Sales: Contact potential clients through provided leads. Conduct needs analysis to identify client requirements and match them with suitable investment solutions. Follow up diligently to convert leads into confirmed sales. Work as Part of the Sales Process: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
