Job Description

Key duties and responsibilities include:

Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to prospective customers from provided leads or lists.
Product Knowledge: Being well-versed in the company’s products or services to effectively communicate benefits and features.
Customer Engagement: Building repport with potential customers, listening to their needs, and addressing objections.
Sales Generation: Driving sales by offering tailored solutions and closing deals over the phone.
Record Keeping: Documenting all interactions, sales, and customer information in the system.
Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.
Customer Support: Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues related to the products or services.
