Your primary responsibility will be to convert incoming leads from platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc., into wholesale business orders. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc. Make outbound calls to potential B2B buyers and convert inquiries into sales. Respond promptly to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and platform chat. Share product information, pricing, and offers professionally. Follow up with prospects and close deals effectively. Maintain and update customer records and follow-up reports. Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews on different platforms. Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. --- Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or B2B sales preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Familiarity with IndiaMART, Alibaba, and TradeIndia is a strong advantage. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email drafting, and WhatsApp for business.
