We are looking for a confident and experienced Telesales Executive (Female) who can effectively communicate with international clients and drive sales through excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international clients to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and persuasively.
• Understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and close sales deals.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to handle client queries effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned time frame.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve sales techniques and performance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telesales / International Voice Process.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluent and confident).
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
• Good computer and CRM handling skills.
• Positive attitude, energetic personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a BPO or international telesales environment is preferred.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline.

Salary:

INR 15,000 – 30,000 per month (or higher depending on experience and last drawn salary).
Attractive incentives and performance bonuses will be offered.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: Full Day
• Saturday: Half Day
• Sunday: Fixed Off
• Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
