Telesales Executive (Caller)

Salary:

₹ 15,000 to ₹ 20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students in English and Hindi to counsel and convert leads
• Effectively communicate relevant course details
• Assess lead interest and follow up strategically to ensure high conversion rates
• Handle objections with polite persuasion and negotiation
• Maintain accurate daily records of calls, outcomes, and conversions
• Collaborate with the counselling team to streamline the admission process
  

Who We Are Looking for:

• Minimum 12th-pass, with strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Work experience in tele‑calling, sales, or counselling roles for careers/education sector would be an added benefit
• Confident, articulate, and detail‑oriented
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and a team player

• A stable office-based role with 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM schedule, Monday–Saturday
