Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students in English and Hindi to counsel and convert leads Effectively communicate relevant course details Assess lead interest and follow up strategically to ensure high conversion rates Handle objections with polite persuasion and negotiation Maintain accurate daily records of calls, outcomes, and conversions Collaborate with the counselling team to streamline the admission process Who We Are Looking for: Minimum 12th-pass, with strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi Work experience in tele‑calling, sales, or counselling roles for careers/education sector would be an added benefit Confident, articulate, and detail‑oriented Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making Highly motivated, goal-driven, and a team player We Offer: A stable office-based role with 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM schedule, Monday–Saturday Fixed salary plus performance based incentives offered.
