Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or cold calling lists. Explain stock market products, services, and investment opportunities to prospects. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain a strong follow-up cycle. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and feedback. Stay updated on market trends, trading platforms, and company offerings. Coordinate with the sales and research teams to provide accurate information to clients. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Prior experience in telesales, particularly in the finance or stock broking industry, is an advantage. Basic understanding of stock markets, trading, and investment products. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
