Job Title: Telesales Executive – Educational Courses Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Freshers and experience both can apply (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply) Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to promote and sell our educational courses over the phone. The role involves reaching out to prospective students/parents, understanding their learning needs, and recommending suitable courses to help them achieve their goals. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and pricing. Understand the academic and career needs of students and suggest the right programs. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Stay updated on course features, industry trends, and competitors. Requirements12th pass / Graduate in any stream. telesales/inside sales experience (education industry preferred). Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/regional language]. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
