Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, benefits, and pricing. Understand the academic and career needs of students and suggest the right programs. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system. Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Stay updated on course features, industry trends, and competitors. Requirements12th pass / Graduate in any stream. telesales/inside sales experience (education industry preferred). Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/regional language]. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
