Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers and business partners. This role requires excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects and generate leads.
• Present and promote organic product offerings effectively to B2B and B2C customers.
• Prepare and share tailored quotations as per client requirements.
• Manage follow-ups, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to close deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Accurately update CRM systems and maintain sales records.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
• FMCG sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Preferred Female Candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
