Job Description

Role Overview: As a Real Estate Telesales Executive, your main responsibility will be to generate leads and drive sales conversions by engaging with potential buyers/investors over the phone. You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling real estate properties, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets. Your excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and results-driven mindset will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties. - Respond to inbound inquiries from various marketing campaigns and convert them into qualified leads. - Build and maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up regularly to nurture relationships. - Present property details clearly and confidently, highlighting features, benefits, and investment opportunities. - Schedule appointments and property site visits between clients and the sales team. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. - Stay up to date with property listings, pricing, market trends, and competitor activity. - Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience and encourage referrals. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a telesales executive, telemarketer, or similar sales role (real estate industry preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally. - Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage. - Fluency in English (additional local languages are a plus).
