Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing team. As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to businesses, pitching our digital and e-commerce solutions, following up on leads, and maintaining client communication via calls and WhatsApp. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential business clients to promote our services. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our digital marketing, web development, and e-commerce services. Handle inbound queries from prospective leads and existing clients. Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp to close deals. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and update lead status regularly. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Maintain call records and conversation logs using internal CRM tools. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or a similar role. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English. Ability to handle objections and turn leads into customers. Familiarity with digital services (preferred). Basic computer and WhatsApp/web tool handling.
