Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective educational institutions and students, explaining our certification courses, and converting leads into successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients (colleges, training institutes, students). Present and promote our training and certification programs. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments. Maintain a database of contacts, leads, and client interactions in CRM/Google Sheets. Handle objections and queries in a professional manner. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute campaigns. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1–3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector. Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English (additional South Indian languages are a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools, email communication, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
