About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales and leads.
• Explain products and services, highlighting key features and benefits to potential clients.
• Follow up on warm leads and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead conversion process.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Basic computer skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• High level of professionalism and work ethic.
