Job Description

  • Conducting at least 60 cold calls daily to target executives, IT managers, and system admins within designated territories.
  • Prospecting over phone, web, and email to generate and qualify leads.
  • Moving leads through the sales pipeline to opportunities.
  • Engaging in weekly and quarterly forecast planning with the Business Development Center (BDC) manager.
  • Maintaining deep product knowledge of Oracle MySQL, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Creating demand and driving new business opportunities.
  • Developing new accounts within specific industry verticals, with targeted high-level (C-level) outreach.
  • Providing expertise and positive insights as a product knowledge resource.
  • Collaborating with sales teams and other technical reps for team selling.
  • Utilizing product-specific campaigns for lead generation.
  • Demonstrating enthusiasm, self-motivation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
