Telesales / Business Development Executive (USA Market - Night Shift) Location: Remote (India) Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years (Verifiable, Hands-On Only) Shift Timing: Night Shift - Full USA Business Hours (EST/CST) About Us: AGR Technologies is a fast-growing IT solutions company offering Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Development, and Managed IT Services to clients across the United States. We are actively seeking a results-driven, genuinely experienced Telesales / Business Development Executive who has personally worked with U.S.-based clients and can confidently drive lead generation and conversions in a B2B environment. Note: If you have never worked directly with U.S. clients, or only have domestic sales experience, this role is not for you. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to U.S.-based businesses and decision-makers Present AGR's services confidently and book qualified appointments Generate, manage, and convert cold and warm leads into sales opportunities Maintain accurate data in CRM calls made, leads status, follow-ups, etc. Collaborate with the internal team to align client needs with services offered Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs dials, demos scheduled, pipeline growth Handle objections professionally and guide prospects through the sales process Strict Minimum Requirements (Please read carefully): 2 to 4 years of direct telesales/business development experience with U.S. clients Experience working night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours (mandatory) Fluent spoken English with a clear, confident, and consultative tone Prior experience selling Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Design, or IT services Hands-on knowledge of using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, spreadsheets, and outreach platforms Must have handled full sales conversations not just lead generation or appointment setting support roles Mandatory Pre-Screening Requirements: Applications without the following will NOT be considered: A 60-second voice recording introducing yourself and your telesales experience A brief write-up (3 to 5 sentences) explaining a real U.S. sales challenge you handled If available: a past call recording or snapshot of sales performance metrics Interview Process Includes: A live role-play simulation where you will pitch AGR services to a mock U.S. business owner Real-time objection handling and closing techniques will be evaluated Communication skills and confidence will be tested in a live Microsoft Teams/Zoom/Google Meet setting Preferred Additions (Not Mandatory): Experience working with U.S.-based agencies Familiarity with healthcare, legal, retail, or service-based U.S. industries Knowledge of digital sales funnels or appointment-setting strategy Perks & Benefits: Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives Remote work flexibility Opportunity to grow within a U.S.-centric client base Stable long-term role with regular feedback, coaching, and team support
