Job Description

Skill Set Required Role & responsibilities Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement) Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client Doing Daily call audits for team, agency and agents and making necessary reports on it. Manage team and agency performance, related to the assigned process. To ensure all members of the team agency are fully informed of targets and current sales positions. To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls. To collate, analyse and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team. Good in Analytics and strategies. To ensure that the Call Centre KPIs are met. Implementing sales strategies Monitoring & evaluating the performance of the sales agencies Setting weekly and monthly sales targets Compiling and presenting sales reports
