Hiring Telecaller – Sales & Lead Generation (E-Waste Management Sector) Company: Koscove E-Waste Management & Recycling Pvt. Ltd. Location: – Noida Industry: Environmental Services | E-Waste Management | Recycling We are looking to hire experienced Telecallers who have a background in sales and lead generation. If you are passionate about the environment and want to be part of India’s growing green mission, this is the opportunity for you! Job Role: Make outbound calls to potential clients (corporates, IT companies, institutions) Generate leads for e-waste pickup & recycling services Follow up with interested prospects and maintain lead records Coordinate with the field team for closures Requirements: Minimum 6 months – 2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience Strong communication and convincing skills Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel preferred) Experience in B2B calling will be an added advantage Working Hours: [10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday] Salary: Competitive + Incentives based on performance Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
