Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to hotels to introduce GoRoomGo services.
• Share detailed information about our company’s offerings and benefits.
• Coordinate with hotel managers/owners to schedule meetings with our business team.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team by building and nurturing relationships with hotel partners.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and meeting appointments.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Skills: -Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi/Bengali and basic English. -Confidence to talk to new people over the phone. o Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations.
