Telesales Agent

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives (male and female) with proven experience in telecalling and sales conversion through phone calls and online meetings. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, thorough product knowledge, and high self-motivation to achieve sales targets. This role involves proactive customer engagement, lead conversion, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services effectively.
• Conduct sales presentations and follow-ups via phone calls and online meetings (Zoom/Google Meet, etc.).
• Convert leads into confirmed sales while maintaining a high conversion ratio.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and offerings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or tracking systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales confidently.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of converted clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
• High level of self-motivation, discipline, and target orientation.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in education, training, or service-based sales (if applicable).
• Experience in converting leads through online meetings.
• Graduation or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
