Job Description

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce Clinderma’s treatment plans
Build rapport and explain solutions in a simple, convincing manner
Convert inbound queries into sales through effective consultation
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue & conversion targets
Manage customer information and sales pipeline in CRM software
Coordinate with doctors, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of customers

Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in telesales / inside sales / call center sales (healthcare, edtech, fintech, or D2C sales preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi + English; regional language is an advantage)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing ability
Comfortable working with targets and incentives
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or sales tracking software
