Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telephonic Collection Agent located in Uttar Panchannagram, Kolkata. The Telephonic Collection Agent will be responsible for contacting debtors via phone to recover outstanding dues, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining detailed records of all collection activities. The role involves managing multiple accounts, handling debtor inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure successful debt recovery and resolution.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Finance
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or related fields are a plus
