The role involves managing multiple accounts, handling debtor inquiries and issues related to debts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure successful debt recovery and resolution, and meeting defined recovery objectives. The role also involves adhering to compliance guidelines and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue loan payments. Explain loan terms, outstanding amounts, penalties, and repayment options. Persuade and negotiate repayment plans based on customer situations. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and commitments.
