Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues and concerns.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fresher/Experience both can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
