Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO customer service or related field. Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken) with good knowledge of Hindi speaking. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
